TENTATIVE Itinerary as of Friday, October 27, 2023   I am sure the itinerary will change before we leave!!  Airline times are tentative until tickets are purchased.

Sat. April 20

6:00 am. Flight from BHM to NYC

2:30 pm      Arrive NYC

3:30      Tour Ground Zero and Wall Street.        

Dinner around Times Square

11:00             Lights out

Sunday. April 21

8:00 am !!        Leave hotel by subway to Brooklyn 

9:00 – 11:00. Church Service at Brooklyn Tabernacle Church

11:30- 1:30         Lunch

3:00 pm        Intrepid Aircraft Carrier Museum **(if open)

3:30- 6:00        Boat trip around Manhattan**

11:00 pm        lights out

Monday April 22

9:00 – 12:30        MOMA(10:30) and  Natural History Museum** (Central Park)

1:00-4:00        Chinatown then Free Time (Shopping,  sleep)

5-11            Perhaps NBA or Hockey

            ( you can do Empire State anytime you like)

Tuesday April 23

Morning            Free time

1:00            Lunch

From 12:00        Choose at least one of the following in small groups:

Tour Madison Square Garden

Tour Radio City Music Hall

Chinatown

6:00            Broadway Play  (Wicked, Stomp, Lion King, etc.). This date is tentative.  Y

Wed April 24

9:00 am            Museum of Modern Art

10:30            Grand Central Station

2:30 pm        Leave for airport

5:00 pm        Plane leaves New York

11:30 pm        Arrive back at BHM

The hotel will be a Downtown Manhattan Hotel

Meals:    Meals are not provided on the trip.  Students must budget their money, as some meal choices may be more expensive than others

All family members are welcome to come. 

No refunds after airline tickets are purchased.

Use legal name as on driver's license.  List everyone going.

Cost -$1695   (2 or 3 to a room)

Deduct $100 per person for 4 to room

Deposit - $400 per person

Due- Dec 15 (we must pay for the airline tickets in advance)
